2. Eligibility

Our retreats, events, and programs are designed for women aged 18 and over. By booking with us, you confirm you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Retreat & Event Bookings

Booking Confirmation

Your place is secured once payment (full or deposit) is received.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the event may be refunded, less any administration fees.
Cancellations within 60 days of the retreat are non-refundable unless we can fill your place.
You may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us in writing.

We strongly recommend travel insurance for retreats to cover unexpected changes.

Program Changes

While we do our best to deliver the advertised program, we reserve the right to adjust schedules, facilitators, or activities if needed due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Health & Safety
