What to Bring
To help you feel grounded, cosy, and fully immersed in the experience, we recommend bringing:
Yoga mat – for your comfort during meditation and healing immersion
Pillow or cushion – to support your head, back, or knees as needed
Blanket or shawl – to stay warm and snuggled during rest and reflection
Journal + pen – for sacred journaling aligned with the moon’s energy
Water bottle – hydration is part of your ritual too
An open heart – come just as you are, ready to receive and reconnect
Optional but beautiful additions:
A small crystal or personal item to place on the altar
Essential oils or calming sprays you love
Your favourite mug (we’ll have tea, but your mug brings the magic!)
